Conversions are a best-effort technical transformation. Lumen is not a substitute for professional print, archival, medical, legal, or broadcast tooling.

• Color profiles, HDR, fonts, animations, and attachments may be simplified or dropped.
• PDF text extraction can miss scanned pages unless they contain a text layer.
• DOCX to PDF is a readable recast, not a layout-perfect print engine.
• Audio and video depend on FFmpeg and on whether the source can be decoded.
• Always keep the original file until you have checked the output.
